Truck Team Driver (General Labor & Customer Service)
Full-Time & Part-Time positions available
$24-$29. ALL-IN with base pay ($18.30-22/ hour) plus daily tips + performance pay

About the Position
- Each shift starts at our office, where you'll be matched with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
- You'll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties, removing unwanted items and leaving smiles behind
- You'll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donation, and waste management partners
About You
- 23+ years of age for driver positions (required for insurance purposes)
- Valid standard driver's license & good driving record
- A positive, friendly attitude
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Good communication skills
- ICHRA - Individual Healthcare Reimbursement after 90 days
- Simple IRA- Retirement Match up to 3%
- Holiday Pay- 3 holidays paid time and a half for hours worked
- Quarterly Cell Phone Stipend- $15-$30 per mo. determined by hours worked
